At this time, services are offered through secure telehealth only. This allows clients in DC, Maryland, and North Carolina to access care safely and conveniently.
We offer therapy to clients located in Washington DC, Maryland, and North Carolina.
Most sessions are approximately fifty minutes. If a different structure is needed, your therapist will discuss options with you.
The first session focuses on understanding your concerns, your history, and your goals. It is also an opportunity to ask questions and get comfortable with the process.
Sessions are held through a secure video platform. You will receive a link before each appointment and can join from a private location of your choice.
If you are experiencing emotional distress, stress, uncertainty, or simply want a space to grow, therapy can be helpful. A consultation can help determine the best fit.
Cancellations should be made at least twenty four hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.
We do not provide crisis services. If you’re in immediate danger or need urgent support, please contact 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline right away.
